The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
It is common to mistype the field name you want to reference. Each file
might use a different prefix. For example, a header file might have
Hfieldname and an item file might have Ifieldname.
Use DSPFFD FRF to see what fields are in file FRF.
If you are certain your field reference file does not contain the field you
want, you can either decide to add it in or, define the field in your
display file without specifying R and REFFLD. See the DDS manual for
details on this.
Hope this helps.

A DSPSIZ(24 80 *DS3)
A REF(FRF)
At least when I query it i get nothing. I am trying to locate how I can
refer to two fields.
Is there any way to determine in which reference file these 2 fields are?
if not, how can I define the hidden fields?
