The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Thank you all for your responses. Yes, I know what I’m asking is unusual. What we have is a program that returns available carriers based on client, ship-to address, etc. and then an enhancement was made to that program which calls an order create program. By calling the order create program within the GETCARRIER program, we can return the list of carriers and the estimated freight amount, which was calculated by creating a “temporary” order. That order create program doesn’t use XML-INTO. It was written back in 2002 and the xml is an input parameter which was programmatically parsed using string manipulation. The best approach would be to re-write the order create program, so we can use XML-INTO, but unfortunately we don’t have time/budget for that now. I do appreciate everyone’s thoughts and comments regarding my question.
Thanks again,
Moses Nang
