I'm pretty sure the underlying POI library (from Apache, written in
Java) can do it. Whether that functionality is exposed by Scott's RPG
interface, I don't know.

Have you already worked with Excel files in RPG, and are just trying
to add new features? Or is this a first-time thing? Because if
you're doing this from scratch, it's a good opportunity to at least
consider other options.
