From: John Yeung The second parameter is actually
ADDCOLNAM. I agree with you that it's undocumented, or at least
under-documented. When I try to bring up the parameter-level help, it
says no help is available.

Hmm - the help appears for me (V7.2). Mind you, not much of it:

Add column names (ADDCOLNAM) - Help
Specifies if the column names should be added to the first record of the to file.
