Debugging /COPY in RPG program -- RPG400-L

I have a compiled RPG (not RPGLE) program with a /COPY statement in it.
When doing a debug, I can't see the statements for this copybook. Should I
compile the program a specific way and use a particular debug? (STRDBG vs.
STRISDB) Any help would be appreciated.
