You're absolutely correct that it should be 5i0.

So here's where it's at now:
-DS won't compile with 3i0
-DS compiles with 5i0 but the FETCH always returns 0 for the null indicator

-Stand-alone variable compiles with 3i0 & 5i0
-FETCH correctly sets null indicator for stand-alone variable whether it's a 3i0 or 5i0
