RE: SQL null indicator variable in DS

I also take a dim view of nulls, but it's not my table I'm afraid.


Like I said, it compiles fine as long as the null indicator is defined locally.

This compiles:
Exec SQL Fetch Cursor1 Into :ds.column1, :ds.column2, :ds.column3 :localNull3, :ds.column4;

But this doesn't:
Exec SQL Fetch Cursor1 Into :ds.column1, :ds.column2, :ds.column3 :ds.null3, :ds.column4;
