Temp file via _C_IFS_tmpnam , can I add an extension? -- RPG400-L

I'm using _C_IFS_tmpnam to generate temporary IFS files...

Normally, they'd get deleted by my process.

But for testing purposes, I'm leaving them out there for now.

Can I add an extension to the name returned by the API without worrying
about the returned name suddenly being non-unique?
