I have a called program that displays a small window. It is called from
several programs. The window has the default border. I am getting
inconsistent results and so far I can't figure out what I am missing.
Generally, the window works just fine. On a few programs, when the
program is called a second time, the border disappears. The window and
its content show OK but the border disappears.
The called program is DFTACTGRP(*CALLER).
