Hi Doug

CREATE PROCEDURE lets you specify a procedure.

First, I think you specify PROGRAM TYPE SUB - might be optional

For sure you use this syntax -

EXTERNAL NAME 'SAMPLEDB01/UDF_CBL(GET_FX_RATE)'

Put the procedure name in parentheses after the qualified SRVPGM name.

This can be done for CREATE FUNCTION, as well.
