Probably that astronomical Julian date, right? Everything started at noon? In 4713 or 4714 BC?

The Julian Day Number (JDN) is the integer assigned to a whole solar day in the Julian day count starting from noon Greenwich Mean Time.

Jerry,

This works for me in STRSQL:

select *
from basloc53/lc098
where donets = '0001-01-01-12.00.00.000000'

I >think< this works from embedded sql ?:

my_Loval_TS = *Loval;

Exec SQL select *
from basloc53/lc098
where donets = :my_Loval_TS;

Well, I don't know about the others, but I'm certainly curious: Which one worked?

Personally, I thought Henrik's solution was the best.
