secret agenda to make 'the AS/400' look bad. I'd bet he's not telling
the .NET people that they can only use Microsoft libraries. 'Yeah, you
go on ahead and tie into this modern .NET code, but I absolutely forbid
the use of modern code on the 400. By the way, their side is done,
what's taking you so long?'
