Sure. You can do that...it is in the realm of the .net code to cycle through your list and submit each call. This will increase network traffic over a solution that bundles all of the data in a single submission.

You can do the this too. But I don't understand why you would. Again, this would increase network traffic. I don't understand writing to a temporary table on your i and then following up with a batch process to read through the temp table and update your DB. Why not do it all in one fell swoop?

What is the nature of the feedback you send back? Write confirmation? Reflection of the insert/update?
