No reason why Lisp couldn't be brought to the i. I wouldn't want to

I wouldn't *recommend* it, mind you. Lisp is a truly awesome and
mind-blowing language, but its strengths are not terribly applicable
to the kind of work that the i is usually tasked with. (Most of the
capabilities of Lisp that would be useful for the i can already be had
in languages already on the i, like Python, REXX, and to some extent,
PHP.)
