I appreciate your comments, Barbara, However, this didn't involve
compiling. I did a search through source this morning and found a
number of RCLRSC commands. No idea how many may have been service
programs. Running the RPH ILE program in a new activation group
appears to have fixed it.

I realize this is sort of off topic since the problem has been resolved,
but ...

It should be ok if you recompile with REPLACE(*YES). When the program
gets moved to QRPLOBJ, it still exists. Any system pointer that was
resolved to it will still be valid, and will now point to the program in
QRPLOBJ.

If you delete the program prior to recompiling, you'll get the destroyed
object message.
