Are you talking about the tool that Paul Tuohy has provided? Ah, it's
called RPGLEDOC - you can get more information and download at
http://www.systemideveloper.com/downloadRPGLEDOC.html
It's free. And he mentions something about using PHP to present the
results.
So I don't know RPGDoc - just saw it on sourceforge.
