This DS does the job by itself - there is no need for any BIFs or divisions or anything.
If the requirement is to have the result not just in a numeric but specifically a packed field then simply add:
packedVal = oh@Rate;
That's it.
Of course if the string going into Oh@AirRate is not always 10 characters long then a bit more work will be needed.
