I think that the resulting WHERE clause is like this -

Where pypmtt in '(''CK'', ''BT'')'

That's definitely not what you want, I bet. This is what is described in the manual as

expression IN expression

and is the same as

expression = expression

I think you need to create the SQL statement as a string, then prepare it.

The docs seems to suggest that parameter markers (question marks) are not allowed in the parentheses after the IN. I'm not sure, but it looks that way.
