SQL doesn't know how to handle the list as a variable, so you have two
choices:

1) use dynamic SQL, Build the SQL statement as a string, PREPARE the
statement, and then EXECUTE it.

2) "parameterize" the elements of your list. (WHERE pypmtt IN ( :CHKTYPE1,
:CHKTYPE2 )
