A web service requires the time in mili seconds (Unix style).

I calculated the difference between %timestamp() and the beguining of
the "Unix epcoh", adjusted for time zone and winter/summer, then %subdt
the micro seconds and divided by 1000, discard decimals.
It works, but I wonder if there is a more elgant way to get this time.

Thanks
Raúl
