L0 isn't really an indicator. I don't think you can use it anywhere
except the level-indicator entry on a C spec.
I think it should work to have "if *INL1" etc, as long as you did all
your output using EXCEPT or WRITE, and didn't have any total output (T
in the Type entry on the O spec).
