Uh, the key phrase here is "ought not get." Sort of like "should" in the

Working on a testcase. If the problem is easily duplicated under
testcase conditions (definitely NOT guaranteed where weird runtime bugs
are concerned), I'll publish it right here, and look into opening a PMR
about it.
