Unfortunatelly, it won't make any difference; the "good" employers don't need to read this article because they know how to behave with their IT employees; the other 99% won't understand nothing, anyway! I remember one of the former presidents was questioning my time-line for an EDI project, but he didn't even know what EDI stands for! And btw, this year most of the employees got a raise, except, you guessed, the IT Department (and we are talking here about two people, me and my boss)
