It appears that the latest version was via PTF for V5R4.
The client I am working at is on V7R1.

Is this still availalbe?
Also, I did not see any documentation on how to use the tools.
Where can I find that?

Expat doesn't support validation against XSD
RPG built in SAX/DOM doesn't support validation against XSD

However, IBM's XML Toolkit does provide for this functionality via the
Xerces-C parser it uses..
