× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Ok, I take it back....

I could have sworn I'd done this in the past....basically as long as
the DB could tie each record in the joined LF to a single record in
the PF it would allow you to update (that's how join SQL views
work)...

But in searching for a reference all I find is posts saying it can't be done...

Huh?!? Did you just say that DDS join-logicals can now be opened for
update? When did that happen? And with what constraints on what can be
done? I think I missed that "Memo to Users."
