Hhhmmm, I am reminded of CMAS/32 (really!). I don't recall if it used the
LDA or not, but it passed parameters (?!? Etc.) from procedure to procedure
to procedure ad nauseum. These got hard to follow for a lot of reasons, but
one was that the developers developers flipped them around. For example,
PROCA might call PROCB ?1?,?2?,?3? and it would call PROCC ?2?,?3?,?1?. You
had to have a huge scratch pad to keep track of this.
