DSPOBJD OBJ(FSDSPM3/DSRSOBLD) OBJTYPE(*PGM) DETAIL(*FULL)
and
DSPOBJD OBJ(FSDSPM3/DSRSOBLD) OBJTYPE(*PGM) DETAIL(*SERVICE)

To try to determine the "window" during which that program may have been recompiled and replaced (moved to QRPLOBJ), to see if that time window might correspond with when your batch job was running.

Ignoring everything else, what explicitly was that failure; i.e. the
formatted message details either from a spooled LOG(4 0 *SECLVL) joblog
or F6=Print from a F1=Help.
