Ok, here's the interesting bits... This was a submitted job, but the call to DSRSOBLD resolved to object QRPLOBJ/Q88835465C.

Ignoring everything else, what explicitly was that failure; i.e. the
formatted message details either from a spooled LOG(4 0 *SECLVL) joblog
or F6=Print from a F1=Help.
