Re: Convert decimal number to string

I got a comma and only one digit to the right of the decimal point.

What I did was:   eval   string = %editc(bal : 'N')

Wrapping it with %trim restored the second decimal position.  Result
is left justified and has comms.  Not sure how difficult this
"consultant" will be.  Had a REALLY bad experience in 2007 which got
me in hot water.  Picky, picky.
