I'm using dynamic binding at runtime and I have published an Open Source SRVPGM for this many years ago!!! The problem is; you have to specify the ACTGRP at compiletime!!!
Event driven programming is not a GUI problem! The event Handler has have to have multithreading capabilities - and as a conclusion of this: RPG is not the language to implement a controller (besides you want to write your multi threading by your own).
You would even have problems to implement the statefull components of your business logic ( yes, I know, there are some work arounds...).
