I notice that you have the same PTF listed for both 6.1 and 7.1 (quote
from your link):

Runtime PTF to allow existing programs to run without
having a license for 5733-OAR:

V6R1: SI45906
V7R1: SI45906

Is that correct? Both 6.1 and 7.1 use the same PTF? The cover letter
for the PTF says that it's for 6.1.
