IMHO, IBM should go one step further:
They should refund what they charged to those who licensed and paid for the
feature when it was chargeable...

They _have_ been charging for it for the last two years and have now bowed
to user pressure and done what they should have in the first place (included
it in the OS and as part of the compiler). On that basis the likelihood of
them flipping again is very very unlikely.
