This is my h-specs:

Doing a search for "CVTOPT", "Option" (except compiler options), and
"Convert" didn't turn up anything in the source listing. There is no
default set for CRTBNDRPG either.

I'm thinking the dates or the varying string being read in are being
converted...you probably don't want them to be.
