Not sure what ShellExecuteA is, but you can use RUNRMTCMD to execute
code on a PC. There are different ways of doing it. Aaron has
RPG2Desktop - http://www.mcpressonline.com/tips-techniques/rpg/techtip-rpg-talks-to-the-desktop.html.
Search the archives for Scott's inputs to this discussion. I've done
it a lot with RUNRMTCMD and the iSeries Incoming Remote Command
process.
