The standard compare functionality in eclipse need some works !

The tool I'm using is Beyond Compare Version 3, it is hard to beat !

Hmm, I can't resist...

Yes, it is a great tool to add to the programmers toolkit.

However, the compare functionality is standard available in eclipse
for years already.

With a few mouseclicks one can add a sourcemember to an iProject, and
can use the "Compare with each other" functionality which also
provides two-way merge functions ...

I emailed the author just to let him know that it might be helpful to
mention that when you do the /QSYS.LIB/MYLIB part in setting up the new
share that you need to make sure you put the .LIB on the end of MYLIB. It
should look like this... /QSYS.LIB/BMARTIN.LIB

Other than that, it works great.
