Oops, I noticed your second question. The reason it should work is that
the code actually passes a pointer to the "current" occurrence of the
MODS, and that's what your mysp procedure sees. Just like all other
references to a MODS, the value used is that of the current
occurrence.
Had you coded a MODS in MYSP, you probably would've found yourself even
more perplexed. :)
