Put a ^ where you want the apostrophe to be. Then after building the
variable use a replace command to replace the ^ with double quotes.

Ifs makes it easier to read.

All, I cannot resolve this apparently 'simple' issue.

If I copy and paste Peter's example,
I get the compile error :
*RNF0267 Character literal has missing trailing apostrophe; trailing
apostrophe assumed.

If I add a fourth apostrophe :
MyVar = 'This is a sentence of around ' +
           '130 characters containing ' +
           'apostrophes an''''all';

It  compiles but prints : This is a sentence of around 130 characters
containing apostrophes an''all

Instead of adding, remove one..you only need 2 apostrophes,

MyVar = 'This is a sentence of around ' +
'130 characters containing ' +
'apostrophes an''all';
