The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

However, there _is_ a bool in C++. Perhaps you mean that?
Entirely possible. It's in a call to the Axis web-service engine, and
I'm pretty sure that's mostly or entirely in C++ (at least, what isn't
Java).
And it certainly would explain why I'm seeing "bool," when I've never
seen nor heard of such a thing as a C primitive.
(I suppose it could be worse. At least we don't have to deal with BCPL.)
