There are hotspots, but that requires using the mouse which isn't terrible but
feels awkward and slows me down...

We have the same problem with some of our function keys. I now use a VPN
and use Client Access natively on my computer. You should check with the
network admins, if you have Citrix you should be able to get a VPN tunnel.
I know that our users can't use F13, as one example, when in Citrix. I
haven't used Citrix but a time or two a couple years ago for this... are
there some buttons or options in the gui to toggle the F13 to F24 function
keys?

Thanks

Function keys not working properly in PDM

I am connecting to an AS/400 via client access running through citrix via
the
internet. When in PDM non of the function keys beyond F12 will work. This
is a
real pain, and I can't seem to correct it.

Any ideas?

Warmest Regards,

Richard Reeve
