As usual, you are right. My stripped down version works once I change the
const to value. I have heard that pass by value is the default behaviour
for C program, I guess what I heard is true :).

time...

But, he's specified CONST instead of VALUE for the AccessMode parameter.
Try changing it to VALUE...
