on the IBM
i / System i Objet : Old rpg Left Justify ?

I have a old rpg program that I need to make a change to.
I need to left justify a right justified field.
For instance. FLDA is 6.0 contains 000123 I need to put
it in FLDB
which is 6 alpha. I need the result to be '123 '
This is not a program I can convert to ile.

As a side note, I have this working, but it seems like so
much code to
do this.
I'm just wondering if there is a simpler method than what I came up
with.

Thanks

Mike
