Sadly, I'm not familiar with the PMR process, but I can
forward the gory details to our SysAdmin, and he can make it happen.
I just thought this may have been encountered by others, and
that I just needed to have aforementioned SysAdmin acquire
the appropriate PTF.
If not, I'll wait until the PMR happens and post the findings here.

If this compiled at V5R4 and now it does not compile at V6R1,
you should
open a PMR with IBM Support.
(That is what IBM Support is for.)
