I made a change to a field in a file. The field went from 16p0 to 50a VarLen(16).
Now, when trying to compile a program with a level break on that field, I get the following error:
RNF 4607 - Control-Levels or Matching-Fields entry is not blank for input field.
The error makes it sound like I have a column with a bad value, but this is the I-spec:
20858I Btn# L3
A search on RNF4607 makes it sound like it's limited to certain data types. Is this true? Other than rewriting the program to not use level breaks (which I'd love to do if I had more time), does anyone have any suggestions?
OS: v5r4.
