SQL can remotely call a program, and supports in-out parameter
passing...  This method DOES require authentication for the SQL CONNECT
statement, so there could be extra work to support this.

Yes Jerry, I did consider this.   The problem is, as I understand it, I
can
not return pararmeters which I did specify as a requirement (The program
requires 6 input parameters and outputs 3 parameters.)
