You did not explain that he has to have your app installed - it is free, but it won't be on everyone's machine

Subject
Accessing OPT01

Is there a way to access a file on OPT01 from an RPG program?
I am researching ways to get data off of a DVD and I would like to avoid
having to copy the file from the DVD to the IFS before being able to
access the data in the file.
I have created a DKTF file but I am not sure that is the way to go.
If anyone know how to access OPT01, please let me know.

Marvin
