Terri, are you sure you're debugging the new service program, and not an old
version that's still in memory? Did you either sign off before debugging the
changed *SRVPGM or run RCLACTGRP on the activation group that the *SRVPGM is
in?

If you do a DSPSRVPGM DETAIL(*MODULE) on the *SRVPGM, is it correctly
binding in the chnaged module?
