Objet : What is the best way to get back to RPG work?

I was wondering what to focus on. I am in a SQL Server shop
with ASP.net C#, Silverlight, SSRS. What area should I focus
on? I am looking to get back to the i, with the idea of a
shop that uses SQL server as well.
