Maybe it depends on which part of IBM you're talking about. Global Services may be considering which in-house developers they may be able to take out, while ILE Compiler teams may be considering which in-house developers they may be able to assist. However, IBM's growth has definitely been in Global Services. And they clearly are pushing their own business applications, more and more. And pushing offshore services.

I should say that most of my interactions with IBM are very positive. Did you have one that made you feel threatened? Or like me, do you just sense a trend?
