If I read your message correctly, I tried ... :match(5): ...

This is not cool. You're telling regexec to manipulate five occurrences of
data structure match, beginning at match(5). Some memory shall be stepped
upon by that approach, or you should get "reference to memory outside of
space" or whatever that message is. Haven't seen that in ages.
