Just responding to the last poster's number. I don't have any good numbers -
I doubt if anyone has.The only insight I have is working with the IT
departments at clients for which I've provided consulting or training
services. Certainly not a high level view of the industry.

frequent lists and other "groups" like this? And is it fair to assume that
those from whom you have never heard are in the "tradition or die" group?

Sorry it sounds like an attack; it's not. I'm just curious about these
things and what insight you really have into this.
